Click on "Register" and fill in the provided form. Fields with a * are mandatory. Confirm your information with the button "Register". As soon as an administrator has activated and linked to a customer, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Follow the link to finish the regitration. In this step you also set the passwort that you use to log in to the Rail Mall.

When signing up, you have to provide your name, e-mail address, company name and the position you hold within your company. To facilitate getting in touch with you in case of any follow-up questions you can also provide your phone number and your contact person at Siemens. All fields marked with a * are mandatory.

You have two options:
  1. Use the search function in the top left corner of the website. You can either use the material number (A2V-number or MLFB-number) or the title of the material.
  2. Use the button on the left-hand side of the search bar to open your available catalogs. Select a catalog and follow the sub-topics to display the corresponding range of materials.

Yes, this is possible.
In case you cannot search for your own material numbers yet, send an e-mail to railmall.mobility@siemens.com and tell us which Siemens material numbers you want to link to your own customer material numbesr. After the numbers are connected you can search for either of them.

Once you are happy with the selected products click on "Checkout". Next, select your delivery address from the list on the left or enter a new address into the provided form. If you want to use this address for later orders, check the box "Save address to address book".
In case you selected the option "Express" for one of the products, you are asked to choose a shipping option. Confirm your selection with "Continue".
  • Internal customers: Please provide further information, such as vehicle number, error number and the project you are working for.
  • External customers: Please provide your order number.
You can check the information you provided in the control sheet by clicking on "Next". To make adjustments click on "Back". Check the boxes to accept our conditions of use and delivery conditions (which you can download as well) and complete the order by clicking on "Order with obligation to pay".
After you completed your order you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation number.

Provided you selected the shipping option "Express" on the product page, you have further options to choose from:

  • Express (next working day): The shipment will be delivered on the date given.
  • Express (next working day morning): The shipment will be delivered on the date given around 9:00 a.m.
  • Express (next working day noon): The shipment will be delivered on the date given until 12:00 noon.
  • Courier: Goods on stock will be shipped immediately. The exact time of delivery depends on distance to destination, traffic conditions and our product handling processes. Please note the goods need to be accepted in person or by someone authorized. Shipment cost will be invoiced separately.
Our Services are only selectable within the Express shipping option, if material is on stock and the chosen products are activated for the selected shipping option.
(This means no special dimensions, no dangerous goods, for 9:00 a.m. weight restriction 30kg per delivery, for 12:00 noon weight restriction 70kg per delivery)

Yes, however keep in mind not to mix up products that belong to different projects as you can only assign one product number to an order. This way you avoid products and projects getting mixed up.

The lead time of your order depends on the product availability and the delivery option you have selected. With each product you can see the estimated delivery date. In case you chose "Express delivery" the products are delivered on the next working day. If the products are not available at the time of your order, a different date will be displayed.

With the shipment of your goods you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the website of the logistics provider. There you can track the status of the shipment.

Dangerous Goods are shown with the shipping option Dangerous Good, so we can allocate them directly to our carrier to ensure the fastest shipment. Currently we cannot grant Expressdetails for Dangerous Goods, because of special regulations a dangerous good shipment has.

Select your product in order to display the product details. Select your required type by choosing the price and type in your required amount. Next, click on "Add to cart".
At "my Account" you have the opportunity to upload a wish-list-file and add it later to the shopping cart.

If the icon of your shopping cart in the top right corner is grey, your shopping cart is empty. If the icon is red, a small number indicates how many items the shopping cart contains. Here you can delete products from your shopping cart or change the required amount.

When logging out, items in your shopping cart will not be saved until your next login. However you have the opportunity to save an existing shopping cart through the wish list.

This function can be found in the shopping cart. The shopping cart can be downloaded as .csv-file and contains material number and quantity of every position.

For customers that are part of the Utex process, a Return note will be enclosed to every order. With this Return note a defect material can be send back.
In addition this Return note can be downloaded at the Order History.

Go to your Order History at "My Account" and choose an Order. At the Order the Return note will be ready for download at the column "Return form" to do so click "Download".

  • The customer is not activated for Return notes
  • The ordered goods have not been delivered yet
  • The Order was created before implementation of Return note

Utex customers please send an email to the return mailbox of the MO CS SPS (sps-retouren.mobility@siemens.com). As subject of the email please name the A2V-number and the 42er delivery note - after verification we will provide an additional Return note.
Please do not copy an old Return note, a Return note can only be used once.

On the product detail you will see the respective seller of the product. Put the desired articles in the shopping cart and order them. Afterwards you will receive an overview of your purchase. Please note that the marketplace is only available to external customers within the European Union.
